In this video, Betty demonstrates how to make a Chocolate Sugar Glaze for the Chocolate Angel Food Cake, which was previously uploaded in bettyskitchen.


Confectioners sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Cocoa powder 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Milk 2 Tablespoon (use as needed (1
Vanilla extract 1/2 Teaspoon



1. In a bowl, mix sugar, cocoa powder, milk, and vanilla extract, mix well. Cover and set aside until ready to use.


2. Spread over Chocolate Angel Food Cake and let some run down the sides. Serve and enjoy!


Use the glaze to spread over cakes, cupcakes, doughnuts, sweet breads, and sweet rolls.
