You can make Jack Daniel's Grilling Glaze just like they do at TGI Friday's. It is so easy to do.

Tabasco sauce | 1 Tablespoon
Red wine vinegar | 2 Tablespoon
Whiskey | 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Jack Daniel's Ole No. 7 & Tennessee Whiskey)
Brown sugar | 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Water | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Beef bouillon cubes | 2 | |
Worcestershire sauce | 2 Tablespoon |
MAKING
1. In a saucepan over medium heat, place all the ingredients and bring to a boil.
2. Allow to boil for about simmer for 20 minutes.
3. Turn of the heat and allow to cool completely.
SERVING
4. Use this glaze for meat, poultry, and seafood just before removing from grill.
TIPS
Glaze burns quickly and can be difficult to remove from grills or pans if left to burn onto surface.
