Gingerbread mix | 2 1/4 Cup (36 tbs) |
GETTING READY
1) Preheat oven to 350 degree.
2) Use a 9 x 9 X 2-inch pan to grease and flour. Place aside.
MAKING
3) In a large bowl, beat in egg by adding water and molasses.
4) Gradually stir in the mix.
5) Pour the batter into the pan.
6) Place the pan inside oven to bake for 20 to 30 minutes, or until cake pulls away from sides of pan and tester inserted in center comes out clean.
7) Allow the cake to cool in pan for 10 minutes before turning out on a wire rack for complete cooling.
SERVING
8) If desired, dust with confectioner-€™s sugar on top and slice to serve.
