Maple Gingerbread

Ingredients

Maple syrup 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Dairy sour cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Egg 1 , well beaten
All purpose flour 2 1/2 Cup (40 tbs)
Baking soda 1 Teaspoon
Ginger 1 1/2 Teaspoon
Salt 1/2 Teaspoon
Melted butter/Margarine 4 Tablespoon

Directions

MAKING

1) Mix together syrup, cream and egg.

2) Add the dry ingredients into syrup mixture and mix.

3) Stir in butter and beat thoroughly.

4) Take an 8x12" baking pan and lined with greased brown paper. Pour the batter in it.

5) Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

SERVING

6) Serve maple syrup gingerbread with tea.
