Melon and Ginger Creams

Crystallized ginger 2 Ounce
Creamed rice pudding 1 Can (10 oz)
Melon 1 , diced
Cream 1/4 Pint



1) Chop the crystallized ginger. Keep aside some pieces for garnish.

2) Add in the creamed rice pudding into a large bowl. Add in the chopped ginger along with the diced melon.


3) To serve, take four sundae glasses. Spoon in the pudding mixture.

4) Top the glasses with a dollop of cream and sprinkled with chopped crustallized ginger.
