Ingredients

Pork slices 3 , thin cut
Steak rub seasoning To Taste
Bread slices 2
Onion slices 4
Tomato slices 4
Coleslaw 1 Tablespoon
Barbecue sauce 1 Tablespoon

Directions

GETTING READY

1. Prepare the grill

2. Sprinkle the pork with steak rub seasoning on both sides.

MAKING

3. Place the pork slices on the grill and allow to cook. Flip to cook on the other side as well.

4. Place the bread slices on the grill and toast them lightly.

5. On one of the toasted bread slices, arrange the onion slices. Place the pork slices and top with tomatoes, coleslaw and barbecue sauce. Place the second toasted bread slice on top to complete the burger.

SERVING

6. Serve hot!
