Turkey Schnitzel

Boneless skinless turkey breast 1 Pound
All purpose flour 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Eggs 2 , beaten
Fine dry breadcrumbs 3/4 Cup (12 tbs)
Butter/Margarine 1/3 Cup (5.33 tbs)



1. Make 1/2 inch thick slices from the turkey breast, by cutting them crosswise.


2. Place the turkey slices in between 2 sheets of wax paper. Flatten the pieces to 1/4 inch thickeness using a rolling pin or meat mallet.

3. Dredge turkey in flour mixture.

4. Dip them in eggs and coat the slices well in breadcrumbs. Press firmly to coat the slices well.

5. In a heavy skillet add butter and melt it on medium heat.

6. Add turkey slices. Cook for 2 minutes till each side of the turkey turns golden brown in color.


7. Serve Turkey Schnitzel sprinkled with pepper and salt.
