Barbecued Peach Blueberry and Pecan Streusel

What can be a more exotic way to enjoy a leisurely afternoon with a bowl of barbecued peach and blueberry streusel? Being a fruity-dessert lover you must not miss this opportunity. So, here is the recipe to learn and prepare this fabulous dish at your own oven.


Blueberry 2 Cup (32 tbs) ((fresh))
Peach 2 1/5 Pound , pitted and sliced 1/2 inch thick
Brown sugar 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon ((fresh))
Cinnamon 1 Teaspoon , ground
Pecan 100 Gram , coarsely chopped ((pecan halves))
All purpose flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Thyme 1 Tablespoon
Unsalted butter 1 Cup (16 tbs) , freeze chilled
Salt 1/8 Teaspoon



1) Preheat the barbecue to medium heat.


2) In a bowl, combine the peach slices, blueberries, brown sugar, lemon juice and cinnamon together.

3) In a 10-inch cast-iron pan spread the fruit mixture.

4) In a large bowl, combine the pecans with flour, brown sugar, thyme and salt.

5) Grate the chilled butter into the bowl and rub the butter into the flour mixture with fingertips until it resembles coarse meal.

6) Sprinkle the mixture evenly over fruit mixture.

7) Place on the grill and cook for 20 to 25 minutes or until the topping is golden brown and the fruit is bubbling.


8) Slightly cool the barbecued peach blueberry and pecan streusel and serve.
