Plum jam | 200 Gram | |
Ketchup | 200 Milliliter | |
Vegetable broth | 150 Milliliter | |
Sauce | 2 Tablespoon ((EL Orchestra)) | |
Red wine | 1 Tablespoon | |
Lemon juice | 2 Tablespoon ((from 1/2 lemon)) | |
Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
Pepper | 1 Teaspoon | |
Curry powder | 2 Tablespoon | |
Bratwurst | 3 , sliced as shown in the video ((German)) |
MAKING:
In a bowl, combine plum jam, ketchup, vegetable broth, orchestra sauce, red wine, lemon juice, salt, pepper, curry powder and mix well.
Bring to boil and set aside.
Grill bratwurst for 4 minutes (2 minutes per side) and cut into slices.
Grill slices again (on both sides) until golden brown.
SERVING:
Serve with prepared sauce and enjoy!
