German Currywurst 2.0 -Gameday Snack

German Currywurst 2.0 -A great recipe for Grill and Smoker.

Ingredients

Plum jam 200 Gram
Ketchup 200 Milliliter
Vegetable broth 150 Milliliter
Sauce 2 Tablespoon (EL Orchestra)
Red wine 1 Tablespoon
Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon (from 1/2 lemon)
Salt 1 Teaspoon
Pepper 1 Teaspoon
Curry powder 2 Tablespoon
Bratwurst 3 , sliced as shown in the video (German)

Directions

MAKING:

In a bowl, combine plum jam, ketchup, vegetable broth, orchestra sauce, red wine, lemon juice, salt, pepper, curry powder and mix well.

Bring to boil and set aside.

Grill bratwurst for 4 minutes (2 minutes per side) and cut into slices.

Grill slices again (on both sides) until golden brown.

SERVING:

Serve with prepared sauce and enjoy!
