Yogurt | 3 Tablespoon | |
Mustard | 2 Teaspoon | |
Honey | 1 Tablespoon | |
Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
Pepper | 1 Teaspoon | |
Herbs | 1 Teaspoon | |
Lime juice | 1 Tablespoon |
GETTING READY:
Preheat the oven and keep it ready.
For the sauce, combine yoghurt, mustard, honey, salt, pepper, herbs, lime juice and whisk well. Refrigerate for 1-2 hours.
MAKING:
Soak pieces of bun in milk.
Roast onions and keep it ready.
In a small bowl, whisk two eggs with salt and pepper.
Combine roasted onions, egg mixture, bread and mix well.
Wrap with aluminium foil, pop into oven and bake for 45 minutes.
Meanwhile, mince beef and mix with salt to make patties as shown in the video.
Shred potatoes and combine salt, cheese, egg, pepper and mix well.
Preheat pan and make patties as shown in the video using peanut oil.
Brown the prepared bun using peanut oil. Drain excess oil using paper towels.
In a small bowl, combine egg, grated cheese. Place the bowl and beef patties on preheated grill.
Cook patties 3-4 minutes per side.
For assembling, top buns with bbq sauce, and prepared patties. Top with prepared sauce and another half of bun.
SERVING:
