Go Anywhere Picanha - English Grill and BBQ Recipe

This is a very simple, yet very flavorful grilled meat recipe.


Picanha 1 1/4 Kilogram , sliced
Oil 2 Tablespoon
Kosher salt/Salt flakes 1 Tablespoon



1. Prepare the grill for cooking.



2. Skewer the picanha in U-shape.

3. Oil the steak all over. Season with kosher salt or salt flakes.

4. Let the steaks rest for about 10 minutes.

5. Place it on the grill and cook for about 8 minutes on each side.

6. Let the meat rest on the skewer for sometime.



7. Slice and serve. Enjoy.
