Bifteki From the Weber Go Anywhere - English Grill and BBQ

Delicious feta stuffed hamburger steak. Ideal for a hearty meal at home or for a party.


Bbq rub 2 Tablespoon
Ground beef 1 1/4 Kilogram
Bread roll 1 , soaked in water
Chopped parsley 3 Tablespoon
Feta cheese 8 Ounce
Grilled vegetables 1 1/2 Cup (24 tbs)



1. Prepare the grill with both direct and indirect heat.



2. Mix together barbecue rub with ground meat. Take the bread roll out of water, squeeze and add it to the meat mix, followed by chopped parsley. Mix everything well together.

3. Take some meat mix in your hand, flatten it up and place a feta cheese block in the centre. Bring together the meat to cover the cheese from all sides. Roll it up to form bifteki steaks.

4. Place the bifteki steaks over direct heat on the grill and cook on both sides for a couple of minutes.

5. Transfer the steaks to indirect heat and cook covered until the meat is well cooked.



6. Prepare a bed of grilled vegetables on the serving dish.

7. Place the steaks over the vegetables and serve.
