Cappuccino Jellies is a budget friendly dessert, perfect for the coffee lover! Instant Coffee is combined with boiling water, sugar, gelatine and cream. Chilled until set then topped with whipped cream, these gorgeous little treats will keep the caffeine lovers in your life very happy - give it a go!
|Boiling water||3 Cup (48 tbs) (750ml)|
|Castor sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs) (super fine white sugar)|
|Gelatine powder||1 1/2 Tablespoon|
|Instant coffee powder||2 Tablespoon|
|Whipping cream||1 Cup (16 tbs) (plus extra for serving)|
|Chocolate powder||1 Teaspoon (for dusting)|
In a jug, combine boiling water, gelatin, castor sugar, coffee powder and whisk well.
Allow to cool and add whipped cream.
Mix well and pour into serving glass.
Cover with a cling film and refrigerate until chilled.
Top with whipped cream and chocolate powder.
Serve and enjoy!
