I just cherish eggs, and Scrambled Eggs With Melted Cheddar is in top 10 my favourite food list. Scrambled Eggs With Melted Cheddar is easy to make and the tomatoes slices just give the Scrambled Eggs With Melted Cheddar a prefect yumlogical taste.

Ingredients

Margarine/Butter 2 Tablespoon
Eggs 8 , slightly beaten
Whole kernel corn with peppers 1 Can (10 oz) , drained
Shredded cheddar cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Milk 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Dried basil leaves 1/2 Teaspoon
Salt 1/2 Teaspoon
Pepper 1/8 Teaspoon
Tomato slices 6
Dill 1 Tablespoon

Directions

Place margarine in 2 quart microwavable casserole.

Microwave uncovered on high until melted, 30 to 45 seconds.

Mix remaining ingredients except tomato slices and dill; pour into casserole.

Microwave uncovered, stirring every 2 minutes, until eggs are set but still moist, 8 to 10 minutes.

Garnish with tomato slices and dill.

Serve with Canadian bacon and toasted English muffins, if desired.
