Growing up for most of us included a peanut butter sandwich in our lunch box. So why
not take this All-American staple and make it kinda Mexican? Exactly, Dude. Sean and
Adams PBNCQs are a great snack, appetizer for a party, or good anytime you feel like
putting peanut butter in between two tortillas and grilling it.

Flour tortilla 6 (plain, medium sized)
Peanut butter 6 Tablespoon (crunchy and/or creamy, room temperature)
Canola oil/Vegetable oil 3 Tablespoon

. Heat a grill pan or whatever you’re using to medium. While it’s heating up, spread about a tablespoon of peanut butter (make sure it’s room temp, or it’ll eventually tear one of your tortillas as you try to spread it) across a tortilla, leaving about a 1/4 inch on the outside for the peanut butter to spread once warm.

2. Top with another tortilla and continue until done. Right before grilling, spread a light coating of oil on one side, place on the grill and then spread a little oil on the other side. Grill for a couple minutes until you get those slick grill marks, give it a careful flip and repeat on the other side.

3. Pull from the grill and allow to cool for a minute or so, then slice into wedges for serving. That’s it, Dude.

4. Serve with a variety of dippers and accessories, such as jams or jellies, sliced bananas (drizzle with lemon juice to keep them from turning brown), potato chips, pickles, fresh fruit, hazelnut spread, you name it. And trust Sean, a bite with banana, pickle and a potato chip is frickin’ awesome, Adam doesn’t know what he’s missing!
