Fit for a King or Maharaja, this Mac and Cheese is made with a simple Chicken curry base, embellished with mushrooms and smothered in cream and cheese.

Heavy cream | 1 1/2 Cup (24 tbs) | |
Cream cheese | 250 Gram , softened | |
Shredded cheese | 3 Cup (48 tbs) , divided (Mozzarella and cheddar) | |
Red chili flakes | 1 Pinch (Optional) |
GETTING READY
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
MAKING
2. In a pan, heat oil and sauté the onions.
3. Add in the chicken and cook for a minute.
4. Season with powdered spices and salt and follow with the heavy cream. Let the cream come to a boil.
5. Add in the cream cheese and mix well, cook until it’s melted.
6. Fold in the macaroni into the sauce. Add 1 cup shredded cheese and red chili flakes (optional).
7. Pour into oven proof dish and cover with the rest of the two cups of cheese. Bake for 20 mins.
SERVING
8. Serve with some salad.
