Betty's Enticing Enchilada Sauce

In this video, Betty demonstrates how to make Enchilada Sauce. This will be used in bettyskitchen as a topping for enchiladas, which will be the next video.


Canned beef broth 10 3/4 Ounce
Water 2/3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
Melted butter 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Cornstarch 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Chopped onion 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Garlic clove 4 , finely chopped
Jalapeno pepper 1 , seeds and fiber removed, chopped
Canned tomato sauce 16 Ounce
Chili powder 1 Tablespoon
Dried oregano 2 Teaspoon
Ground cumin seeds 2 Teaspoon



1. In a medium-sized saucepan pour broth.

2. Add water, melted butter, cornstarch, onion, jalapeno pepper, garlic, tomato sauce, chili powder, oregano, and ground cumin. Mix well. Cover the pan and cook over medium flame, stirring constantly until smooth and thickened.


3. Serve over enchilada and enjoy!
