Paneer Fajitas

A special Indian Appetizer from our kitchen. Enjoy the Mexican Inspired grilled panner at the comfort of your own kitchen.


Paneer 200 Gram , cut into large cubes
Oil 1 Tablespoon
Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
Dried parsley 1/2 Teaspoon
Red chili powder 1/2 Teaspoon
Mustard sauce 1 Teaspoon
Salt To Taste
Sesame seeds/Crushed peanuts 2 Tablespoon
Butter 1 Teaspoon
Onion 1 Medium , sliced
Tomato 1 Medium , sliced
Capsicum 1 Small , seeded, sliced



1. In a bowl put the paneer pieces. Add lemon juice, oil, dried parsley, red chili powder, mustard sauce and salt to taste. Mix well and marinate for at least 30 minutes.


2. Roll the marinated paneer pieces in sesame seeds and place them in a heated grill. Cook till both sides are done.

3. In a pan melt butter. Add onions, tomato and capsicum and salt to taste. Saute till they are tender.


4. In a serving platter, put the sauteed vegetables. Arrange the grilled paneer cubes on it and serve hot.


If grill is not available the paneer can be toasted on a frying pan also.
