4th of July- Grilled Fruit Kabobs With Mexican Chocolate Sauce - Fun Summer Collaboration

Ingredients

Mixed fruits 2 Pound (any fruits you like)
For mexican chocolate sauce
Chocolate wafer/Chocolate buttons 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Light cream 2/3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
Vanilla extract 1 Teaspoon
Cinnamon stick 1
Cayenne pepper 1 Pinch

Directions

GETTING READY

1. Preheat grill to medium high.

MAKING

For Chocolate Sauce:

2. Place a saucepan on flame, add light cream, vanilla, cinnamon stick and bring it to a boil.

3. In a large bowl, place chocolate wafer and sprinkle cayenne pepper.

4. Pour hot cream mixture over the chocolate and cover with lid. Let it rest for 3-4 minutes.

5. After 4 minutes, remove the cinnamon stick and mix well. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.

For Kabobs:

6. Cut fruits into bite size pieces and then thread in skewer as desired.

7. Grill fruits for 3-4 minutes on each side.

SERVING

8. Serve fruits kabobs with chocolate sauce, unsweetened coconut, and roasted walnuts with raisins.
