Mini Pizza Party

Onion 1 Cup (16 tbs) , chopped
Red bell pepper 1 Cup (16 tbs) , chopped
Green bell pepper 1 Cup (16 tbs) , chopped
Mushroom 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Jalapeno 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Olives 1 Cup (16 tbs) , green and black
Pineapple chunks 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Ginger 1 Teaspoon , grated
Pizza sauce 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Cheese 2 Cup (32 tbs) , shredded
Pizza dough 1 Kilogram (readymade)



1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.


2. Pull out portions from the pizza dough and roll into mini pizza crusts aided by flour dustings.

3. Arrange on pizza baking tray, brush with olive oil and leave it to rise for about 15-20 minutes.

4. Mix ginger into a cup of pineapple chunks and brush all the crusts lightly with olive oil.

5. Spread the pizza sauce and vegetable toppings on the crust beginning with pineapple.

6. Spread pizzas with combination of toppings of your choice.

7. Make a plain cheese pizza by spreading the pizza sauce on a mini pizza base and then topping it with shredded cheese.

8. Place the pizza tray in the oven and bake for about 15 minutes.


9. Serve the pizzas to children with their favorite colas or drinks.
