Microwave Scrambled Eggs with Mushrooms

Bacon slices 3 , cooked and crumbled
Eggs 4
Light cream 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Butter 2 Tablespoon
Canned sliced mushrooms 4 Ounce , drained (1 can)
Chopped parsley 1 Tablespoon



1. In a large microwave proof bowl, place the eggs and cream and beat well.

2. Add the butter, mushrooms, salt and pepper, and crumbled bacon to the bowl and mix well. Cook this mixture on MEDIUM (5) for 6 to 8 minutes or till the eggs start to set while stirring twice.

3. Set the eggs aside to complete cooking.


4. Garnish with chopped parsley, if desired and serve immediately.
