It is very easy to make scrambled eggs. In fact it one of the first recipes that many people learn how to cook. You can make scrambled eggs easily with this simple recipe. In fact eggs are so easy to make, you will wonder why you haven't tried this recipe before.

Ingredients

Egg 4
Milk 3 Tablespoon
Butter 1 Tablespoon
Salt To Taste
Pepper To Taste

Directions

MAKING

1.  Beat together the eggs and the milk.

2.  Heat the butter over low to medium temperature in a skillet. When the butter has melted add the beaten eggs.

3.  With a spatula gently run the spatula through the eggs pulling back the cooked portion. Do this until the eggs have become solid.

4.  Season with salt and pepper if desired.

 

SERVING

5.  Serve hot.
