MAKING
Marinade chicken by placing it in a bowl with the soy sauce, teriyaki sauce, and salad dressing.
Make the coleslaw by combining the cole slaw, cilantro, red onions, and teriyaki sauce. Stir to combine.
Make the wonton tacos by folding over the wonton with a pair of tongs. Dip taco into peanut oil that has been heated to 350 degrees. Cook wonton shell until it is golden brown.
Heat a wok until it is hot, add about 2 tablespoons of oil to the pan. Add the chicken and cook the chicken stirring constantly. The chicken will take about 3 to 5 minutes to cook.
SERVING
Assemble the tacos by adding a couple of teaspoons of chicken to the wonton, then top with the coleslaw.
