Coconut Avocado Wrap

On this episode of The Veggie Chest, Dr. Ruby shows you how to make a super quick wrap using a raw coconut wrap stuffed with avocado, hummus and other delicious veggies--healthy fast food!

Ingredients

Organic raw coconut wrap 2
Avocado 1 , sliced
Roma tomato 1 , sliced
Hummus 6 Tablespoon
Alfa alfa sprouts 1 Cup (16 tbs)

Directions

MAKING

1. Line avocado slices, sprouts, hummus, tomato slices and mushroom slices at one end of the coconut wrap.

2. Roll it up carefuly.

SERVING

3. Slice and serve. Enjoy!
