Caramel Fudge

This Caramel Fudge recipe produces silky smooth caramel fudge that melts in your mouth.


Firmly packed brown sugar 2 2/3 Cup (42.67 tbs)
Butter 125 Gram
Condensed milk 3/4 Cup (12 tbs)
Cream 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
For spraying:
Oil 3 Dash



1. Lightly spray a small slice tray or square cake tin with oil. In a heavy bottom saucepan, place sugar, butter, cream and condensed milk, allow the sugar to dissolve over low heat, constantly stirring. Bring to a boil (without stirring), cook until the the mixture reaches soft ball stage. Allow the mixture to gently boil.

2. Once the mixture reaches 116C, transfer to a heatproof bowl, beat until the fudge is thick and creamy. Pour into the prepared tin, mark into squares and refrigerate until firm.


3. Cut into pieces and serve.
