Red Velvet Fudge : Collab with Caroline Mili Artiss

5 ingredients, 15 minutes. That's all you'll need to make this incredibly quick, easy, and delicious red velvet fudge. Plus, it's naturally tinted, not too sweet, and tastes just like a rich red velvet slice.


Shaved white chocolates 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Sweetened condensed milk 1/3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
Unsweetened cocoa powder 1/2 Tablespoon , sifted
Apple cider 1 Teaspoon
Beet juice/Red food coloring 1 Tablespoon
Salt 1/2 Teaspoon



1. In a heat proof bowl, add in all the ingredients, except the salt and microwave in 30 second intervals. Stir and heat until smooth.

2. Add in the salt and whisk well.

3. Fill the heart shapes mold and place in the refrigerator until set.


4. Serve for dessert.
