Fantasy fudge is a nice treat during the holiday months to satisfy any sweet tooth.
Sugar | 3 Cup (48 tbs) | |
Butter | 3/4 Cup (12 tbs) | |
Evaporated milk | 2/3 Cup (10.67 tbs) | |
Semisweet chocolate chips | 12 Ounce | |
Marshmallow creme | 7 Ounce | |
Vanilla extract | 1 Teaspoon | |
Toffee | 3/4 Cup (12 tbs) |
MAKING
1. In a large mixing bowl melt butter in the microwave.
2. Add sugar and evaporated milk in it. Mix well. Pop it in microwave for 3 minutes. Take it out of the oven, stir and put it back again into the microwave. Repeat the process 2 times first starting with three minutes and then 2 minutes. Stir after each segment.
3. Drop chocolate chips, and mix until it melts.
4. Throw marshmallow creme and vanilla. Mix to combine.
5. Grease and line 9x13 pan with wax paper, and transfer fudge mixture into it.
6. Sprinkle toffee evenly over the top. Let it cool completely.
SERVING
7. Cut it into pieces and serve fantasy fudge immediately.
