Peanut Butter Freezer Fudge

Peanut Butter Freezer Fudge is a wonderfully simple fudge recipe. Condensed Milk is combined with cream, peanut butter and vanilla to create a thick mixture. Poured into a pan and frozen until firm, this fudge is perfect as a stand alone treat, or chopped up and served mixed into ice cream - give it a go!


Canned sweetened condensed milk 800 Gram (2 cans, 400g each)
Whipping cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Butter 100 Gram
Smooth peanut butter 3/4 Cup (12 tbs)
Vanilla extract 1 Teaspoon



Grease and line baking tin.



In a saucepan, combine condensed milk, butter, whipping cream, vanilla extract, peanut butter and stir well over medium heat for 15 minutes.

Pour the mixture into pan and allow to set for an hour.

Pop into freezer and allow to set for 2 hours. Cut into small pieces.



Serve and enjoy!


Store in an airtight container for a month in freezer.
