Fudge generally brings to mind a chewy texture and rich mouth-feel, which make one drool just at the thought of it. This Chocolate Walnut Fudge is sure to live up to your expectations! Made quickly and easily with readily available ingredients, it has an intense flavour, thanks to the combination of condensed milk, butter and cocoa powder. Little bits of walnuts are nothing short of a treasure in every bite, as they are an exciting contrast to the chocolaty sweetness of the fudge.

Cocoa powder 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Chopped walnuts 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Condensed milk 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Butter 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) , melted
Sugar 1 Tablespoon

1. Grease an aluminium tin and set it aside.

2. Heat a wide bottom pan, add condensed milk, butter, sugar, cocoa powder and vanilla essence.

3. Mix and cook at medium heat for about 3 minutes. Keep stirring constantly to prevent it from sticking to the pan.

4. When the fuge starts to release oil, add walnuts and mix it through.

5. Empty the contents to the greased aluminium tin. Press it with the back of the spoon and let it set for 30 minutes.

6. Demould the fudge.

7. Slice and serve the fudge immediately or store and have it later.
