Betty's Easy Peanut Butter Chocolate Fudge

Betty demonstrates how to make Peanut Butter Chocolate Fudge. This is a very easy recipe that combines two favorite flavors.

Ingredients

Cooking oil spray 1/2 Teaspoon
Canned sweetened condensed milk 14 Ounce
Butter 2 Tablespoon
Semisweet chocolate chips 2/3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
Peanut butter chips 10 Ounce

Directions

GETTING READY

1. Line an 8-inch by 8-inch pan with aluminum foil as shown in the video.

2. Grease the pan with cooking oil spray and set aside.

 

MAKING

3. Place a small pot over low flame, add sweetened condensed milk, butter and stir until butter melts.

4. Into a small bowl, pour 1/3 cup of the condensed milk mixture and add chocolate chips. Stir until chocolate melts.

5. Into the pot with leftover condensed milk mixture, put the peanut butter chips. Stir until chips are melted.

6. Transfer the peanut butter mixture into sprayed pan. Put chocolate mixture by teaspoonfuls over the top. Swirl with a knife over the top until nicely marbled. Refrigerate for 3 hours.

 

SERVING

7. Cut into squares and serve.
