In this video, Betty demonstrates how to make Summer Surprise Fruit Dessert. This is a dessert that contains a variety of fresh fruit and it topped with a sweet, tangy sauce.

Ingredients

Seedless grapes 1 Cup (16 tbs) , washed ((fresh red or green))
Fresh blueberries 1 Cup (16 tbs) , washed
Strawberries 1 Cup (16 tbs) , halved or quartered
Fresh nectarine/Fresh peaches 1 Cup (16 tbs) , peeled and chopped
Firmly packed light brown sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Sour cream 2 Cup (32 tbs)

Directions

MAKING

1. In a large bowl, combine grapes, blueberries, strawberries, and nectarine. Mix well.

2. Sprinkle brown sugar over the fruit and spread sour cream evenly over the top.

3. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.

SERVING

4. Gently stir fruit and sauce together, spoon into a bowl and serve chilled.
