Mango Tango - Desi Cooler With A Twist

Here is an easy yet refreshingly delectable Green Mango Drink (Aam panna) recipe that is ready in minutes! With the added flavors of mint and ginger you can serve it as a Gingerale Substitute, a Summer Cooler, or a Party Mocktail. Your family and friends are sure to love it.


Green mango 1 (Choose Medium Sour Mangoes)
Mint leaves 1 Tablespoon (Use Fresh)
Ginger 1 Inch
Jaggery 1 Tablespoon (Adjust Quantity As Per Taste)
Crushed ice 1 Tablespoon
Salt 1 Pinch (Optional)
Coconut water 3 Cup (48 tbs)
Water 3 Cup (48 tbs)



1. Wash, peel, and deseed the green mango.

2. Wash and clean the mint leaves.

3. Peel the ginger


4. Add all ingredients (except the crushed ice) into a juicer/blender and blend to a smooth mixture.

5. Add more water if needed and blend again.

6. Strain the juice and chill.


8. Pour the drink in a chilled serving glass. Add crushed ice and garnish with mint leaves.
