Baked Nectarines

Who doesn't like peaches and cream? This recipes for baked peaches (or nectarines) is so luscious, you can serve it for breakfast to your kids or even as a dessert at a dinner party with the adults.

Ingredients

Nectarines/Peach 2 Medium , halved and pitted
Lemon 1/2 Medium , juiced
Greek yogurt 4 Tablespoon
Honey 1 Tablespoon
Pistachios 2 Tablespoon , chopped finely

Directions

GETTING READY

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

MAKING

2. In a baking dish put nectarines and squeeze with lemon.

3. Bake for 10-15 minutes or until tender. Once baked properly, keep it aside to cool.

4. In a bowl combine yogurt and honey together and pour it over baked nectarines.

5. Sprinkle with pistachios.

SERVING

6. Serve it warm or chilled.
