Ripe mangoes 2
Sugar 2 Ounce
Orange 1 Large , rind grated
Lime juice 1/3 Pint
Orange juice 2/3 Pint
Water 2/3 Pint



1. In a saucepan, combine the water, orange rind and sugar, heat untl the sugar has dissolved

2. In a blender, place the mangoes and puree the soft flesh, also stir in orange and lime juice and blend properly

3. In a bowl, pour the syrup and the fruit mixture together, chill it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes


4. Serve in glasses with straw.
