GETTING READY
1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
MAKING
2. Over the peeled whole bananas sprinkle lemon juice and sugar, place on a lightly oiled pie plate and bake for 20 minutes such that slightly brown.
FINALIZING
3. Place a sugar cube soaked in lemon extract on each banana.
SERVING
4. To serve, flame by lighting the cubes at the table.
