Grapefruit 3
Oranges 3
Strawberries 1 Pint
Pineapple 1 , cut into cubes
Peaches 2 , cut into pieces
Blueberries 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Seedless grapes 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Remove Seeds, Use Half Green And Half Red)
Orange rind 1 Teaspoon
Orange juice 4 Tablespoon
Sugar 3 Tablespoon
Orange liqueur 3 Tablespoon , flavored


Mix all dressing ingredients and set aside.

Cut grapefruit and oranges in half.

Remove pulp in pieces.

Hollow out shells and set aside.

Cut pulp into bite-size segments.

In a large bowl, combine grapefruit and orange segments.

Add strawberries that have been washed, hulled, and cut in half.

Add pineapple cubes, peaches, blueberries, and grapes.

Toss well.

Top with dressing.

Toss carefully.

Cover and chill 30 minutes to 12 hours.

Serve in empty hollowed out grapefruit and orange shells. (You may substitute any fresh fruit available.)
