Ingredients

Whipping cream 500 Milliliter
Confectioners' sugar 180 Milliliter
Grand marnier liqueur 60 Milliliter
Sliced hulled strawberries 750 Milliliter , washed
Dessert crepes 12 (Crepe Batter)
Chocolate dipped strawberries 24

Directions

Whip the cream, then fold in the sugar, liqueur and strawberries.

Fill and roll crepes.

Place on a serving plate, garnish with the chocolate strawberries.

Serve.
