Ingredients

Cherry cabernet vinegar 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) (napa valley cherry cabernet vinegar used)
Orange 1 , cut into wedges
Cantaloupe 1 , cut, seeded and sliced into wedges
Brown sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs) , divided
Water 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)

Directions

GETTING READY

1. Preheat the grill on high.

MAKING

2. In a saucepan, add the cherry cabernet vinegar and cook until reduced to half.

3. To the cherry cabernet reduction, add 1/2 cup of brown sugar and 1/2 cup water, allow the sugar to caramelize. Make sure you do not burn it.

4. Meanwhile, coat the prepared fruits with grape seed oil, now lightly coat the fruits with brown sugar.

5. Place the fruits on hot grill and cook until you see grill marks on the fruits. Flip and cook on the other side too.

6. Remove the fruits from the grill and arrange on a plate, drizzle the prepared caramel on the fruits.

SERVING

7. Serve as a dessert.
