You will need powdered sugar, cream cheese, butter, vanilla, and some lemon juice. This type of frosting can be used on carrot cake, red velvet cake, or even chocolate cake.

MAKING
1. Into the blender, add the butter and cream cheese. Let blend for a few minutes.
2. Then, add the lemon juice and vanilla extract. Continue to blend.
3. Lower the speed and add in the powdered sugar a little at a time, while continuing to blend until well combined.
