Lynn's Chocolate Butter Cream Frosting

Lynn demonstrates how to make a Chocolate Butter Cream Frosting that is perfect for cupcakes or cakes.

Ingredients

Confectioners sugar 3 1/2 Cup (56 tbs)
Unsalted butter 1 Cup (16 tbs) , softened
Unsweetened cocoa powder 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Salt 1/2 Teaspoon
Milk 4 Tablespoon
Vanilla extract 2 Teaspoon

Directions

MAKING

1. In a bowl, cream together confectioner's sugar and softened butter.

2. Add in the cocoa powder, followed by salt, vanilla extract and milk. Beat until smooth and creamy.

FINALIZING

3. Place the frosting into a piping bag and decorate the cupcakes.

SERVING

4. Serve cupcakes for dessert.
