Betty's White Chocolate Frosting

Betty demonstrates how to make White Chocolate Drizzle/Frosting. This is a delicious glaze/icing that can be used on sweet treats such as cakes, cookies, doughnuts, etc.

Ingredients

Butter 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) ((1/2 stick))
Sugar 18 Tablespoon ((1/2 cup +2 tablespoons))
Milk 6 Tablespoon
White chocolate 2 Cup (32 tbs) , cut into pieces
Vanilla extract 1 1/2 Teaspoon

Directions

MAKING

1. In a small saucepan melt butter.

2. Add sugar and milk. Stir well, and bring to a full boil. Let it boil for one minute. Remove the pan from heat.

3. In a large mixing bowl, combine white chocolate and vanilla.

4. Pour boiled mixture into the bowl and stir.

5. With a beater, beat for 4 minutes or until mixture gets a spreadable consistency.

6. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerated it for 2 hours.

SERVING

7. Spread frosting over cake and serve immediately.

TIPS

You can also use the mixture as drizzle before it sets and becomes thick.
