This Perfect Paleo Chocolate Frosting is gluten free, dairy free, corn free, refined sugar free and 100 delicious!
|Coconut oil||1 Cup (16 tbs) (solid, not melted)|
|Honey||1/2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Raw cacao powder||1/2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Espresso powder||1 Teaspoon|
|Cream of tartar||1/4 Teaspoon|
In a bowl, combine cacao powder, espresso powder, cream of tartar, coconut oil, honey and mix using hand blender for 1-2 minutes or until well blended
Frost over chilled cakes or cupcakes.
