Crispy Lobster Fritters

Ingredients

Flour 1/3 Cup (5.33 tbs) , sifted
Fat 2 Cup (32 tbs) (For deep frying)
Baking powder 2 Teaspoon
Salt 1/4 Teaspoon
Paprika 1/4 Teaspoon
Egg 1 , beaten
Milk 2/3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
Boiled lobster meat 1 1/2 Cup (24 tbs) , ground

Directions

1. Sift dry ingredients together.

2. Combine egg, milk and lobster.

3. Add to dry ingredients and mix.

4. Drop by tablespoons into hot deep fat (375°F.) and fry until brown, 3 to 5 minutes.
