Cauliflower Cheese Fritters

Cauliflower 1 , washed
Oil 2 Cup (32 tbs) (For Frying)
Parmesan cheese 2 Tablespoon , grated
Batter 315 Milliliter (1 1/4 Cups)


Separate the cauliflower into florets and cook in boiling salted water for 5 minutes.

Drain well and dry on paper towels.

Set aside.

Heat the oil to 375°F (100°C).

Mix the cheese into the batter.

Dip each floret in the batter and drop it into the oil.

Fry for 4 to 5 minutes or until the fritters are golden brown.

Remove the fritters from the oil with a slotted spoon, drain well on several paper towels and serve hot.
