Ingredients

Biscuit mix 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Fat 1 Cup (16 tbs) (For deep frying)
Wheat germ 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Egg 1 , well beaten
Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Canned flaked tuna 14 Ounce , drained (2 Cans, 7 Ounce Each)

Directions

Mix biscuit mix with wheat germ.

Add egg beaten with milk.

Fold in tuna.

Drop by tablespoonfuls into hot shallow fat (360°F.

on frying thermometer) and fry until golden-brown, turning once.

Serve with chili sauce if desired.

Makes 12.
