How to Bake Steak Fries with Napa Valley Balsamic Remoulade

Great snack to enjoy during family time or TV time.

Ingredients

Potatoes 5 , sliced half inch thick
Olive oil 2 Tablespoon
Freshly ground black pepper To Taste
Sea salt To Taste
Cayenne pepper 2 Dash
For remoulade sauce
Chopped parsley 2 Teaspoon
Mayonnaise 5 Tablespoon
Lemon juice 2 Teaspoon
Freshly ground pepper To Taste
Sea salt crystals To Taste
Ground mustard 1 Teaspoon
Cayenne pepper 2 Dash
Balsamic vinegar 2 Tablespoon (Barrel aged)

Directions

GETTING READY

1. Preheat the oven to 365 F.

MAKING

2. Place sliced potatoes into a big bowl.

3. Drizzle olive oil over them.

4. Season with freshly ground black pepper, sea salt and cayenne pepper.

5. Toss the fries with the seasonings and oil.

6. Arrange them on a baking tray. Sprinkle some more salt over them.

7. Place the fries in the oven and cook for about 20 minutes. Flip and cook for another 25 minutes or until done.

6. Meanwhile take parsley, mayonnaise, lemon juice, freshly ground black pepper, sea salt, cayenne pepper, ground mustard and balsamic vinegar in a bowl.

7. Whisk everything together to make the remoulade sauce.

SERVING

8. Serve the steak fries with the remoulade sauce. Enjoy.
