An all-time favourite breakfast. French toast appeals to everyone. Try this recipe to make your own.


Brioche slice 1 (Stale bread)
Eggs 2
Salt 1 Pinch (Optional)
Pepper 1 Pinch (Optional)
Oil 1 Tablespoon



1. Preheat the grill.


1. Gently whisk the eggs and pour it over the brioche slice. Let the brioche soak up all the eggs.

2. Heat a cast iron skillet with oil over the grill. Gently put the brioche bread on the skillet and let it cook.

3. Flip after 3-4 minutes. Cook on the other side for about the same time and then remove from heat.


4. Place the french toast on a serving dish, serve it with some fruit jam on the side.
