Brioche slice | 1 (Stale bread) | |
Eggs | 2 | |
Salt | 1 Pinch (Optional) | |
Pepper | 1 Pinch (Optional) | |
Oil | 1 Tablespoon |
GETTING READY
1. Preheat the grill.
MAKING
1. Gently whisk the eggs and pour it over the brioche slice. Let the brioche soak up all the eggs.
2. Heat a cast iron skillet with oil over the grill. Gently put the brioche bread on the skillet and let it cook.
3. Flip after 3-4 minutes. Cook on the other side for about the same time and then remove from heat.
SERVING
4. Place the french toast on a serving dish, serve it with some fruit jam on the side.
