Salt and pepper To Taste
Unsalted butter 2 Tablespoon

1. Line a baking dish with kitchen towel and set aside.

2. In a large skillet, pour in the vegetable broth and bring to a boil over medium-high heat.

3. Add the asparagus stalks to the skillet and cook, stirring occasionally, for 4 minutes.

4. Transfer asparagus to the prepared baking dish. Pour remaining broth into a measuring cup. Set aside.

7. Take the skillet off from the heat and whisk in ½ cup Parmesan and white cheddar until smooth. Season with salt and pepper. Cover and let sit for 5 minutes.

8. Remove paper towels from the baking dish. Drizzle sauce over asparagus and top with remaining Parmesan.

9. Broil until cheese is golden and asparagus is tender, 4-8 minutes.
