Kalamata olives | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Garlic | 3 Clove (15 gm) | |
Parsley | 3 Tablespoon | |
Lemon juice | 2 Tablespoon | |
Olive oil | 2 Tablespoon | |
Pepper | 1 Pinch | |
French baguette | 1 , sliced | |
Sour cream | 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Optional) |
MAKING
1. In a food processor add kalamata olives, garlic, parsley, lemon juice, olive oil and pepper. Blend till coarsely ground.
2. In the preheated oven, toast the oven till it turns light brown.
SERVING
3. In a serving platter either serve the olive mixture in a bowl with toasted bread slices arranged around it or
