Kalamata Olive Tapenade - How to Make a Simple Appetizer! A Taste Made April Cocktail Special!

A real quick and easy appetizer perfect for any cocktail party!


Kalamata olives 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Garlic 3 Clove (15 gm)
Parsley 3 Tablespoon
Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
Olive oil 2 Tablespoon
Pepper 1 Pinch
French baguette 1 , sliced
Sour cream 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Optional)



1. In a food processor add kalamata olives, garlic, parsley, lemon juice, olive oil and pepper. Blend till coarsely ground.

2. In the preheated oven, toast the oven till it turns light brown.


3. In a serving platter either serve the olive mixture in a bowl with toasted bread slices arranged around it or

4. Spread sour cream (if using) on the toasted and top it with the olive mixture. Serve in a tray.
