The Kitchen Witch demonstrates how to make a fresh and healthy summertime dessert, snack, or breakfast. Honey and Citrus Fruit Cocktail Parfaits are an easy way to enjoy fresh, seasonal fruit.


Honey 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Limeade concentrate 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) , thawed
Fresh fruit pieces 12 Cup (192 tbs) (like cantaloupe, honeydew, pink grapefruit, pineapple, kiwifruit)
Toasted sliced almonds 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)



1. In a large bowl, mix together honey and limeade concentrate.

2. Add fruits to the honey mixture and toss gently.

3. Sprinkle almonds just before ready to serve.


4. Serve in parfait style with French vanilla yogurt and enjoy.


You can store in the refrigerator in a covered container.
